Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. You may exercise your right of withdrawal in text form (e.g. letter, email) or – if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline expires – by returning the goods. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of this notice in text form, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery), and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations under § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB.

You may use the MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM , but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice or the goods before the deadline expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, both parties must return any benefits received and surrender any derived profits (e.g. interest). If you are unable to return the received goods in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate us for the loss in value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection – as would have been possible in a retail store. In all other respects, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for value loss by not using the goods as if they were your own property and refraining from doing anything that impairs their value. Goods that can be sent by parcel must be returned at our risk.

You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered.

Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you upon dispatch of your withdrawal notice or the goods, and for us upon receipt.
