General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope, Customer Information

The following general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Jagpal Singh (Milfs Clothing) and consumers who purchase goods via the Milfs Clothing online shop. The contract language is German.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The offers on the internet represent a non-binding invitation for you to purchase goods.
(2) After entering your data and clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(3) Upon receipt of the order confirmation sent immediately by email, acceptance of the offer is declared at the same time and the purchase contract is concluded.

§ 3 Customer Information: Storage of Order Data

We store your order along with details of the concluded contract (e.g., type of product, price, etc.). We will send you the T&Cs, but you can also access them at any time via our website after the contract has been concluded.

§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice

You can correct your entries at any time before submitting your order using the delete key. We will inform you of further correction options during the ordering process. You can also terminate the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 5 Return Costs in Case of Withdrawal

You must bear the costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods. However, you only have to bear the regular return shipping costs. Additional costs (e.g., due to a change in our business location or the use of more expensive shipping services requested by us) will be borne by us.

Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you upon dispatch of your withdrawal declaration or the goods, and for us upon receipt.

§ 6 Warranty

The warranty is governed by statutory provisions.

§ 7 Limitation of Liability

We exclude liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, unless these concern essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, guarantees, or claims under the Product Liability Act. The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents and legal representatives.

Essential contractual obligations include, in particular, the obligation to deliver the goods to you and transfer ownership of them. Furthermore, we must provide you with goods free from material and legal defects.

Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason in text form (e.g., letter, email) or – if the goods have been delivered before the expiry of the period – by returning the goods.

The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of this notice in text form, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 (1) and (2) EGBGB, as well as our obligations under § 312e (1) sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice or the goods in good time.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, both parties must return the services received and any benefits derived (e.g., interest).

If you are unable to return the received goods in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate us for the loss in value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their examination – as would have been possible in a retail store.

You can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for deterioration caused by intended use by not using the goods as if they were your own and refraining from doing anything that could impair their value.

Goods that can be shipped as parcels must be returned at our risk.

You must bear the cost of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods.
